BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MODEL USING BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS AT EPARGNE THRIFT SHOP

Model bisnis berkembang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, begitupun penjualan baju bekas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan model pengembangan usaha menggunakan Bisnis Kanvas pada mikro Thrift Shop di Makassar. metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu pengumpulan dan pengambilan data melalui wawancara dengan semua pihak yang tergabung Epargne Shop, observasi telaah dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan tiga elemen terkuat dari Business Canvas Shop. Pertama, key partnership hubungan saling menguntungkan antara rekan bisnisnya. Kedua, value proposition bagaimana konsumen memperoleh manfaat membeli barang bekas tersebut. Ketiga, activities aktivitas utama juga matriks SWOT dalam menganalisis menghasilkan rekomendasi pengembagan merekomendasikan Eparge dua dapat dijalankan secara bersamaan.
